Terms of Service

By using Lala LLC Report you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. The platform is provided as a public-interest early-warning system; it is not a substitute for law enforcement, a consumer court filing, or professional legal advice.

You agree not to:

• File a report you know to be false, fabricated, or materially misleading.
• File reports about competitors, ex-partners, or any other party in bad faith, or as leverage in a private dispute.
• Use the platform for extortion: threatening to file, edit, or keep a report visible in exchange for payment or other consideration.
• Upload evidence that doxxes private individuals — home addresses, personal ID numbers, family members' contact information — except as strictly necessary to document a specific fraud and subject to our PII redaction process.
• Circumvent rate limits, attempt to mass-file reports against a single target, or coordinate with others to do so.

This section reflects the legal commitments flagged in PRD.md §9 (Legal & Compliance), which the docs explicitly identify as requiring real legal counsel before launch. The list above is a starting framework, not a final legal document.

You retain whatever rights you have in the content you submit. By submitting a report, you grant Lala LLC Report a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, redact, and display that content on the platform for as long as the report is part of the public record. You affirm, under penalty of account termination and potential legal liability, that the report is true to the best of your knowledge.

We do not sell report content. We do not grant third parties bulk access to reports without going through documented legal process.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that are used to file reports we have reason to believe are fabricated, or that are used to coordinate abuse against other users. Where possible we notify the account holder first; we reserve the right to act without notice in cases of imminent harm.

Terminating an account does not retroactively remove the public reports that account filed. Reports stand on their own evidence, and removal follows the methodology on the Methodology page, not the account holder's status.

Lala LLC Report publishes reports on a “published-but-flagged” basis. The presence of a report on the platform is not a finding of fact by Lala LLC Report. The absence of a report is not a finding that a company or person is trustworthy. See our methodology for the moderation model and our about page for the platform's purpose and limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lala LLC Report and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to reputational harm, loss of business, or loss of data. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, statute, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The platform is intended for global use; specific local notices and rights may apply and are described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own jurisdiction.
