How this works

We follow a “publish quickly, then verify” moderation model (see our methodology) so the platform stays useful as an early-warning system without becoming an unmoderated defamation vector.

1. Step 1

   Report goes live quickly

   After automated spam and PII checks, a report is published within minutes — marked Unverified so readers know a moderator hasn't reviewed it yet.

2. Step 2

   Accused gets right of reply

   The company or person named in a report can claim the profile and post a public rebuttal. The rebuttal sits next to the original report — it never replaces or hides it.

3. Step 3

   Moderator decides, never silent removal

   A moderator reviews the evidence on both sides and assigns a final status. Reports are only removed for specific, logged reasons, and removed pages always show a removal-reason category — never a silent disappearance.

A note on what an empty result means

Not listed doesn't mean safe. A clean search result does not mean a company or person is trustworthy — it just means no one has filed a public report here yet. Always check multiple sources, verify business registrations independently, and never send money to someone you haven't thoroughly vetted.
